Why is my order delayed?
Orders from our store may experience delays due to several logistical reasons:
- Transportation: Delays may occur due to transportation conditions.
- High Demand Periods: Holidays or promotions can increase volumes, extending delivery times.
- Weather Conditions: Exceptional weather situations may affect delivery.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: Strikes, public holidays, or other unexpected events may also impact delivery times.
We do our best to deliver your order promptly and thank you for your patience.
When will I receive my tracking code?
The tracking code is sent by email after the product is shipped, within 72 hours.
How long before I receive my order?
Delivery is expected between 3 and 9 business days after shipping, and may vary depending on the delivery option you choose. A tracking code will be provided to monitor your shipment.

Guaranteed Delivery
If the product is not delivered within 30 business days after shipment, we refund 100% of the amount paid.
